Control System

DARKO has developed a highly intelligent PLC and PC-level computer control system, which can be used for remote monitoring and control. Simple operation, connect with power supply directly, with lower failure, and high safety factor, easy installation. User can set the parameter as real working need, intuitive and reliable; SIMENS PLC is workable.

Protection System:

Temperature control switch, high and low pressure switch, overload protection, compressor overheat protector, compressor frequent start protector and abnormal indicator light.

Compressor:

1. The compressor adopt a new high-efficiency screw type rotary compressor, which is 20-30% saving energy than ordinary compressors, we have long cooperation with HANBELL, BITZER, REFCOM,and etc.

2. Cooling capacity control can adopt four-stage (100%-75%-50%-25%) or three-stage (100%-66%-33%) and step-less control system.

4.Adopt special groove design of high-efficiency silicon steel, and equipped with internal and external omnidirectional design cooling flow, so that the compressor motor can exert the highest efficiency under any load.

3. Adopt kinds of refrigerant, except R22, also use eco-friendly type, such as R407c, R134a, R32 and etc.

Condenser 

1.Equipped with high-efficiency transverse slit fins and internal threaded copper tubes, with high heat exchange efficiency and good stability.

2. Powerful fan make sure good heat exchanger in different ambient temperature, the fan will be control according to different condensing temperature need. 


Evaporator 


Shell and tube heat exchanger with higher cooling efficient, and good Insulation.

Internal with water pump and tank is optional.
