Core Components

Heat Exchange Coils: Sealed copper/SS316L tubing for contamination-free cooling

PVC Fill Media: High-efficiency cross-fluted design for enhanced air-water contact

Axial Fans: EC-powered variable speed units with ≤65 dB(A) operation

Spray System: Stainless steel nozzles with uniform distribution (CV ≤0.15)

Water Recovery: Advanced drift eliminators with >99.8% efficiency

Working Principle - 3-Stage Heat Dissipation

1. Primary Cooling Phase
Process heat transfers through coil walls to spray water via sensible heat exchange. The precisely calibrated spray system maintains continuous water film coverage on coil surfaces.

2. Evaporative Cooling

60-70% spray water evaporates, absorbing latent heat (≈2,260 kJ/kg)

Axial fans exhaust humid air while drift eliminators capture 99% water droplets

3. Recirculation & Makeup

Non-evaporated water cascades through PVC fill media for secondary air cooling

Automatic water replenishment via mechanical float valve (±2% level control)
